I came in for service at Audi Durham and was warmly greeted by Aydah, the sales manager. She made me feel truly welcomed and appreciated from the moment I walked in. Aydah took the time to explain the promotion they were running for the month and then introduced me to Paul, one of the salespeople.
Both Aydah and Paul were absolutely wonderful—professional, friendly, and never pushy. Even though I mentioned that I’m still shopping around, they made the experience feel relaxed and informative rather than salesy.
Great service all around—Audi Durham, you’ve definitely won me over!

What stood out most was how much she genuinely cared. We never felt rushed or pressured, and she made sure we were comfortable every step of the way. She went above and beyond to help us, and thanks to her, what could have been a very difficult experience turned into one of the best car buying experiences we’ve ever had.
We also want to mention how lovely Ted, the sales representative, was. He helped a lot during the delivery by explaining all the features clearly and making sure everything went smoothly.

We stopped by Audi Durham earlier today and spoke with Aydah. We were short on time and just wanted to look around, but she was incredibly welcoming, professional, and kind. Even though we weren’t ready to make any decisions, she took the time to speak with us, answer our questions, and gave us her card with no pressure at all.
We later visited BMW Lakeridge for comparison, but the experience didn’t even come close. The level of service and genuine care Aydah provided stood out immediately.
She absolutely deserves all 5 stars — and we will definitely be back!
