As part of Audi Special Tools, we have specialized equipment such as a Road Force Balancer to ensure your vehicles wheels/tires are being balanced to 100% of manufacturer specifications. Traditional wheel balancers will only measure the total wheel run out and position weights on the opposite side of the heavy point.
The Road Force Balancer will measure using a road like pressure roller to look at the run out of the actual tire to ensure it is within specifications and then balance the tire to rim. Once completed, we will also measure each wheel and find the best position on the vehicle to get the best results.
