I began my automotive career with Audi in 2008, starting as a lot attendant before moving into sales just six months later. Aside from a two-year period with BMW, I’ve spent my entire career with Audi, fueled by a lifelong passion for high-end German vehicles. It’s been a privilege to grow with the brand and to work with some of the best cars in the world.

My favourite Audi is the RS 4, a perfect blend of performance and character. Outside of work, I enjoy playing golf and hockey, spending time with my wife Heather, our child Rachel, and our dog Riley. I also love playing guitar, with my Gibson Les Paul being my favourite.

But if you want the upmost respect, treated like you own the place and continous customer service even months after buying a vehicle, then go to Audi Durham.
I cannot say enough about Keith Ellis and his Sales Team like Cameron Bugajski. I've been dealing with Keith for probably 6 years and every time I reach out to him he treats me like I'm his boss. The guy will go out of his way to make sure your purchase is perfect. Want a specific trim? He'll find it. Want the best possible price, he'll take care of. I've shopped around to many dealers when considering a new Audi in the GTA and this guy just can't be beat. This guy communicates with you even on off days which shows you his dedication.

But again it's just not the prices, it's how he treats you before, during and after. I've never encountered "Customer Service Excellence" like he provides. Give him a call, see what I mean.
