I joined the automotive industry in 2004 and started with Audi Durham in 2009. My passion for the brand began with the 2000 R8 LMP900, but my all-time favourite road car is the first-generation V10 R8. Growing up watching the ALMS Series at Mosport, I was inspired by Audi’s dominance on the track — especially when the Audi R10 set a new lap record. That excitement still sticks with me today, and I can’t help but smile every time I walk past the amazing lineup of Audi models on my way into work.

Although not everyone is thrilled about visiting the Service Department, I strive to make every experience as smooth and convenient as possible. From our Porters to Service Advisors to Technicians, we’re all dedicated to delivering top-quality Audi service. My career actually began in the Parts Department while I was still in high school, and since then, I’ve spent most of my 15+ years in the automotive industry with Owasco VW and Audi. Naturally, my favourite day of the year is always the Owasco customer appreciation track day — the perfect blend of cars, clients, and passion for Audi.
