Yesterday Audi Durham completed the yearly service on our 2023 Q3. Melanie at the service reception desk was super friendly and efficient and service advisor Brett made sure everything was explained in detail when reviewing the customer invoice with myself and I very much appreciated Brett's attention to detail.

We used the services of Audi Canada in Ajax, Whitby, twice in the last few weeks for separate needs and was attended to by Brett Murray. Not only was he extremely professional in both how he spoke to us but his attention to details, his willingness and knowledge and a sense of empathy and care were beyond admirable.
